Superfoods You Actually Need In Your Diet



Everyone is always talking about all these different superfoods.. chia seeds, hemp seeds, aci, cacao, macha, gogi, coconut oil and so many more. Today I'm going to cut the excess information and share with you what I use in my diet and why you should be using these as well!

Chia Seeds: These little seeds pack a hugeee punch. These seeds help a lot with digestion because they are full of fiber and other nutrients. They also can soak up water which really helps with hydration. 

Coconut Oil: I'm sure you've heard a lot about coconut oil being such a great tool in the kitchen as well as when it's used as beauty products. It's great to cook with as well as moisturize your skin with. It's amazing for your immune system because it's antibacterial and full of antioxidants. 

Cacao: Cacao is chocolate in it's richest, more pure form. It doesn't have any added cream or sugar, and is very raw. It's full of antioxidants and actually a lot of vitamin C in it!
