What To Wear To Yoga

I get a lot of questions on what I wear when I'm preforming a certain workout. Today I'm sharing with you a few of my favorite pieces for yoga!

The most important thing about yoga is tight/form fitting clothes. It doesn't matter if you're practicing hot yoga, yoga in the park, by yourself at home, or in a studio; you always want to wear form fitting clothes. Nothing is more annoying then having to fix your clothing when you're suppose to be relaxing during your yoga class.

What do you wear to yoga? Tell me in the comments below!

  6. I agree you definitely have to wear tight clothes to yoga! I do hot yoga and I love lululemon and VSX but I also get a lot of stuff at TJ Maxx. Have you ever heard of Devon Maryn? I am featuring a pair of their yoga leggings soon and I wore them to my class the other night...they were fabulous and SO cute!
