Kitchen Hacks For Weight loss

I don't know about you, but I feel as if I spend a lot of time in my kitchen. Whether I'm cooking a meal or packing my lunch, I feel like I'm always in there. Today I'm going to be sharing with you a few easy 'life hacks' you can do in your kitchen that can help you with weight loss without even thinking twice about it!

-Pack fruits & veggies in bags
Grabbing a snack should be easy, and no one wants to have to wash up some fruit when they are starving for that afternoon snack. If you already have your fruits and veggies already washed and packed in baggies, it's just as easy to reach for as a bag of chips!

-Prepare a big bowl of salad
If the salad is already mixed and prepared, it's so easy to throw together for lunch or for a side at dinner. All you have to do is put a little bit of healthy dressing on the salad and you're good to go!

-Freeze smoothie bags
This again is a tip for convenience. No matter how late you're running, you still  need your breakfast. If you have smoothie mixes already prepared, all you have to do is throw it in a blender, add some water and you're off! This low cal-high fiber breakfast will keep you full for a long time!

-Double your recipes
When you're roasting your veggies or making soup, if you make extra you'll have it around. If you make enough for dinner and then have extras, you're guaranteed to have a healthy lunch for the next day instead of having to resort to takeout.

-Put food away before you sit down to eat
Sometimes seconds is socially acceptable, but don't make it a habit. If you've already put away your leftovers, you are less likely to reach for them again and again when you don't really need them.

Do you have any easy kitchen hacks that help you loose weight? Leave them in the comments!
