Sip On This: Peppermint Tea

I don't know about you, but when the weather starts to get coolor and the nights start earlier, I'm definitely reaching on something warm to drink. There's NOTHING better then a hot cup of tea, good book, and a cozy bed. I've recently starting drinking peppermint tea because of the amazing health benefits. I thought I would share a few reasons as to why you should be drinking peppermint tea too!

1. It suppresses your appetite. Mint has a very strong sent and has been shown to suppress cravings. If you're always reaching for something sweet after dinner, try a cup of tea instead.

2. It supports digestion. This one many people know about peppermint tea. The tea can basically calm down our insides.

3. It keeps you relaxed. Peppermint is known to be a relaxing scent. The calming scent can help reduce stress and keep your body calm.

If you're looking to purchase some my absolute favs are Yogi's and Celestial Seasonings

Hope you're having a lovely day.

  11. I've had peppermint coffee (yuuum) but never tea, that sounds super good. And I didn't know it supresses appetite- that can come in handy when those cookie and pizza cravings kick in, haha
