As many of you know if you follow me on instagram, I am really into everything fitness and health related. Drinking a smoothie full of fruits, veggies and protein is my favorite way to start my mornings or even enjoy as a post workout treat. Today I'm sharing with you my go to smoothie that's quick & delish!
1 cup spinach
1 ripe banana
1 scoop Pure Goodness chocolate protein powder
5 ice cubes
water to fill
I just throw all of this in my blender and then enjoy. It's super quick & you can't even taste the greens! I have been loving this protein powder and have just about gone through the whole tub! The flavor is on point and it's extra healthy with the amino acids & omegas since it's made from pumpkin protein!
